Leadership transition at Roval Aluminium, Reynaers Aluminium and Forster Nederland

Nearly four decades of building a strong position in the Netherlands

Throughout his career, Edgar van Ginkel has been a driving force behind the continued development of the three companies. In recent years, they have grown into well-known A-brands and market leaders in the construction industry, specialising in aluminium and steel systems for windows, doors, façades and roofs.

"It is truly special to look back on 38 years in which we have built so much together," says Edgar van Ginkel. "I am proud of the people, customers and brands that made this possible. Over the coming months, I will be pleased to pass on my knowledge and network to Niels."

An experienced successor with a proven industrial background

With Beerens, the group appoints a successor with a strong track record in industrial leadership. Most recently, he served as Managing Director / CEO of AVZ-Group in the Netherlands. There, he led a multi-brand organisation and guided the company through a period of significant growth and an ownership transition.

The four months between his start date and the formal handover will allow for a careful onboarding period. This ensures continuity for employees, customers and partners.
